1. Scope & effective date
This policy applies to ArmVNC’s handling of personal information when you visit our website, create an account, rent a cloud Mac, or get support by email or through the console. Services run on dedicated Apple Silicon physical hosts, not virtual machines. Account information and work data on your host are handled separately, as described below.
This policy takes effect on October 22, 2026. We process only the information needed for account verification, order fulfillment, payment reconciliation, security and support. We will obtain your consent before carrying out non-essential processing that requires it; simply visiting our website does not authorize all processing.
If we make a material change to the purposes of processing, information categories or how to exercise your rights, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Where renewed consent is required, we will explain the change first. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any related dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
2. Information we collect
Account email:We use your account email to send verification codes, identify your account, send order and service notices, and verify data rights requests. Any contact name or other details you choose to provide are used only for the related communication. Use an email address you control and can receive messages at.
Order records:These include your selected model and host, billing period, add-ons, order status, amount and payment reconciliation details. We use them to provision your instance, manage the service term and resolve billing issues. Choosing a host does not mean we require identity details unrelated to service delivery.
Support tickets & email:These may include your issue description, order number, host identifier, time of the incident and attachments you choose to send. We use them to investigate issues and keep the relevant context. Before sharing logs, remove passwords, private keys, access tokens, signing materials and unrelated personal information. Do not email complete connection credentials.
Access & security logs:These may include request times, IP addresses, browser or device information, access paths and relevant error records. We use them to detect unusual sign-ins, troubleshoot API issues and protect the service. Website access logs are separate from work on your host; we do not collect your source code or build artifacts through website logs.
3. Payment information
Services are billed in USD. We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex via Stripe. The payment gateways available at checkout are determined by the response from our backend. Order details used for payment reconciliation are separate from files on your host.
Stripe processes card payments, and ArmVNC does not store full card numbers. We retain the amount, payment status and transaction reference needed to reconcile orders, confirm payments and resolve billing or payment issues. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes by email or support ticket.
For USDT-TRC20, ArmVNC records only the transaction hash and amount, linking them to the relevant order to verify payment. On-chain transactions are publicly viewable. Deleting your ArmVNC account information does not remove transaction records already on the blockchain.
4. Data on your host
Source code, build caches, model files, project assets, build artifacts and other data you store on your host belong to you. ArmVNC does not access your work data on the host or use it for site analytics or model training. Managing website accounts and orders does not involve reading files on your host.
If you need technical support, start by sharing an error message without sensitive content, the time it occurred and steps to reproduce it. If diagnosis requires a log or file, you decide what to share and provide it yourself. Treat ticket attachments as support materials and include no more project content than troubleshooting requires.
After your rental ends, the entire host is erased. Before the service ends, back up any files, configurations and artifacts you want to keep to storage you control. Host erasure is not a file archiving service. Erasing host data and deleting account information are separate actions. If you request account deletion, tell us how to handle any orders that are still active.
5. Cookies & site analytics
Our website and console use essential cookies or similar local storage to maintain sign-in sessions, perform security checks and save necessary interface settings. This information enables signed-in features and is not used to read data on your host’s disks. Signing out and clearing browser storage are separate actions.
Site analytics help us understand how pages and key flows are working—for example, whether plan links are used or errors occur during checkout. Analytics are limited to website interactions and do not include terminal input, source code or build files on your host. Do not enter secrets or other sensitive information in page URLs, query parameters or feedback.
You can view, restrict or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may prevent sessions from being maintained, requiring you to sign in again. You can refuse or withdraw consent for non-essential analytics that require it. You can also ask about our processing using the contact options in Section 8.
6. Data retention & deletion requests
We set retention periods according to how information is used rather than keeping everything indefinitely. We retain your account email while your account is active and for as long as needed to manage account matters. Order and transaction records are kept as required for billing reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable law. Support ticket data is retained while we handle the issue and for any necessary follow-up. Access logs are kept as needed for security and troubleshooting. Once information is no longer needed for its purpose, we delete or anonymize it.
To ask why a type of information is retained for a particular period, or to request deletion of your account and associated information, email us from your registered address at support@armvnc.com, or sign in to the console and submit a support ticket. Include the request type, account email and relevant order number. You do not need to provide passwords, private keys or complete payment credentials.
Before processing your request, we will verify account ownership in a way proportionate to the risk and check whether any orders are still active. If records must be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or legal reasons, we will explain which categories cannot yet be deleted and why, and restrict their use. Deleting your account does not change completed on-chain transactions or restore host files that have already been erased.
7. International transfers
ArmVNC offers five host locations: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong and the eastern United States. By choosing a host, you also choose where your work data is primarily stored and builds are run. Selecting a host does not mean that account, billing and support information is processed only there.
Remote connections, project uploads, artifact downloads and information sent to support may involve international transfers. Account management, payment processing and service support may also involve necessary service operations in other locations. We share only the information needed for the relevant service purpose and apply access controls, transfer safeguards and appropriate data protection measures as required.
If your team has specific requirements for data location, access scope or international transfers, contact us at support@armvnc.com before uploading a project. Tell us the data categories, intended host and any restrictions so you can confirm whether the service fits your workflow.
8. Your rights & contact
Where applicable law allows, you can request access to your personal information or a copy, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information that is no longer needed, or restriction of, objection to or portability of certain data processing. You can withdraw consent to processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
There are two ways to submit privacy questions and rights requests: email support@armvnc.com, orsign in to the console and submit a support ticket. We suggest using “Privacy Request” as the email subject. Include the request type, account email, data categories involved and order number. If you are submitting on behalf of a team, explain your authorization.
After verifying your identity, we will handle your request and respond as required by applicable law. If we need more information, cannot fulfill all of your request, or must retain some records, we will explain why and outline the next steps. Share only what is needed for verification; do not use host passwords or access tokens as proof of identity.
