These tools indicate compatible toolchains, not a customer list. Xcode and command-line tool versions must match your macOS version. You provide project dependencies, signing assets, and third-party software licenses.

How it works

Choose a Mac, pay, and get building.

Read the getting started guide →
1

Choose a model, location, and term

In the console, choose Arm Line M4 or Arm Grid M4 Pro. Both configurations are available in all five locations. Select a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly term.

Check your project’s memory and cache requirements, then choose a location based on where your team connects from. Availability and billing details shown in the console are the source of truth.

2

Pay in USD with a supported method

Pay with USDT-TRC20 or Visa, Mastercard, or Amex via Stripe. All orders are billed in USD.

For USDT transfers, be sure to select the TRC20 network. Follow the amount and payment details shown on the checkout page, then check your order for payment confirmation.

3

Get your credentials and run your first build

Once payment is confirmed, check the delivery status in the console. When your host is ready, retrieve its IP address, username, and initial password, then connect via SSH or remote desktop.

Change the password the first time you connect, then verify your Xcode version, clone your repository, and install dependencies. Never put initial credentials in build logs.

Use cases

Four workflows you can run

One dedicated physical Mac, configured for the task. These are usage examples, not customer stories or performance tests.

Code in Flutter by day, sign and upload at night

Write Flutter code on Windows during the day. At night, connect to a Tokyo host over VNC, check signing in Xcode, create an archive, and upload it to TestFlight. Keep your everyday development environment where it is.

Sync your source code and dependency lockfiles, then prepare your signing certificate and provisioning profile. Keep the build log from your first release; automate repeat steps with Fastlane.

Register your dedicated host as a runner

Register the host as a GitHub Actions self-hosted runner. Trigger an archive on each PR and send the build to internal distribution. GitLab Runner can use the same native macOS environment.

Use job labels to separate toolchains and restrict repository access. Store caches separately from build artifacts. Determine concurrency through project testing; don’t use job count as a substitute for resource planning.

Test models with 64GB of unified memory

Use MLX on the M4 Pro / 64GB / 2TB configuration to test inference with quantized 7B–13B models and LoRA fine-tuning. Export weights and logs when you’re done, then end your rental through the order workflow.

Whether a model fits depends on quantization, context length, and training parameters. Start with a small sample to check memory use, then scale up. Model parameter count alone does not guarantee a fit.

Export projects in the cloud, send masters back

Use +2TB SSD storage for Final Cut or Logic project assets, and consider Thunderbolt 5 linking where your workflow calls for it. Prepare software licenses, plugins, and media dependencies in advance.

Connecting multiple devices doesn’t automatically distribute render jobs across apps. Check how your software handles collaboration, verify export settings, then transfer the master and project archive.

What you get

A whole Mac mini,
no slicing, no overselling

One order gets one physical machine. Its CPU, GPU, unified memory, and built-in SSD aren’t shared with other tenants. You get native macOS, not a virtual instance.

Dedicated physical host

One Mac mini, assigned to one order.

Not a virtual machine

Runs macOS directly, not as a virtual instance.

Native macOS

Use the GUI, command line, and Metal.

Root access

Use sudo to manage your build environment and system configuration.

Operational boundaries

A cloud Mac,
your compute,
your system to manage

The machine is in a data center; you manage the environment. Handle upgrades, reinstalls, backups, and rental end separately—don’t mix system changes into build jobs.

MACOS

You choose when to upgrade

Schedule macOS upgrades yourself. Record your current macOS, Xcode, and SDK versions first. Test the new toolchain on a daily rental before moving your persistent runner.

REINSTALL

Reinstall the whole machine

To reset the environment, request a full-machine reinstall through a console support ticket. Reinstallation affects data on the host, so export code, certificates, caches, and build artifacts first.

WIPE

Full wipe at rental end

Data on the host belongs to you; ArmVNC does not access its contents. The whole machine is wiped when your rental ends. Keep important data backed up off-host throughout your rental.

TICKET

Support tickets go straight to engineers

Include your order number, host code, incident window, and redacted logs. Unreachable hosts are prioritized; configuration questions are handled in queue. Never include passwords or private keys in a ticket.

FAQ

Five things to know before you order

99.9%

Host availability commitment. About 43 minutes of downtime per 30 days; runs 365 days a year.

If the monthly target isn’t met, service time is credited in proportion to the affected period. Submit a support ticket in the console with the host code and incident window to request a review.

Is this a virtual machine?

No. Each order gets a dedicated physical Mac mini running native macOS with root access. Its CPU, GPU, unified memory, and built-in SSD aren’t shared with other tenants. Use Xcode in the GUI or run automation scripts over SSH.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, or Amex via Stripe. All charges are in USD. For USDT transfers, select the TRC20 network. Check your order for confirmation after payment. Available payment gateways are determined by the backend response.

How does the availability commitment work?

The commitment is 99.9%, allowing about 43 minutes of downtime per 30 days. If a host’s monthly availability falls below 99.9%, service time is credited in proportion to the affected period. Sign in to the console and submit a ticket with the host code, order number, incident start and end times, and time zone so we can review it.

What happens to my data when my rental ends?

The whole machine is wiped when your rental ends. Back up your data before the rental period ends and confirm that build artifacts, signing assets, and project files have been exported. You manage data on the host; it can’t be used as backup storage after the rental ends.

Which locations offer both Mac configurations?

Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the Eastern US. Arm Line M4 and Arm Grid M4 Pro are available at all five locations at the same listed prices. Choose a location when ordering; availability shown in the console is the source of truth.
